Also, make sure all of the tech you want to use in the homes are integratable with your booking platform!

Population growth from CA, jobs moving from the Tech industry leaving CA (Tesla, Microsoft, etc..), house building is geographically limited, shortage of new housing starts, and proximity to Lake Tahoe. 

I thought I was tech challenged but I guess I am not. 

It's kinda like someone buying a tech stock in the late 90's, then telling everyone how to make millions in the stock market.

And I also know that insurance premiums are steadily going up, property taxes are high, and the cost for goods and services(contractors/materials/specialty techs etc) have gone up as well...The numbers are the numbers and if they don't work out, why would I overpay for something.

Phoenix area is a lot stronger economically, large corporate and tech industries are moving to greater phoenix area.
