I think you should focus on getting to know your buyers and exactly what they want then go out and find a sweet deal that you know they will take and boom youre done. 

And if it's 50c/$ on the UPB its a SWEET deal.Any thoughts, advice, opinions appreciated.

You hit the sweet spot actually.

The constitution is really pretty short and sweet and too the point.

You might live in Alaska, but when a bird dog or another wholesaler comes up to you with a sweet deal in Florida, the first and last thing you are going to do is send that deal to your 3,000 investors.
