To just say "just raise my taxes so I don't have to deal with it" isn't a good solution.

Solution: Have contractor sign agreement to take pics wkly and submit them wkly w/an invoice early in the wk.

Granted may not be the best solution but I'd rather be out and done with something like that than keep bailing water out of a sinking ship.

It has some minor structural issues and all systems would need replacing/developing however I'm a bit afraid of opening up this can of worms with the local building dept and really I need to make sure I'm asking the right questions.We are not intimidated by the repairs needed and have some innovative solutions to be able to retrofit newer systems into the cabin. 

A temp solution is a sewer tape that looks like a ribbon of steel,,,,poked thru trouble area and rotated so the sharp edge of the ribbon cuts the gunk off the walls as it snaps over in the rotation. 

It would require bringing in an architect and structural engineer to draw the solution out and we would have to relocate the furnace that currently sits exactly where the rear entry would move to.The other solution is to put in a new drain stack, plumbing and gas lines entirely to where the bedroom would relocate and open the front of the house up again.

It's up to you, then, to find the solution to what they;re looking for.

If i were able to sustain this pace I would average 1 property add per month and double what i set as a target. crazy. thanks for reading.
