We are however, advising our buyers of these changes and submitting slightly lower offers now that sellers have less offers on the table and there are more listings to choose from.That is our feedback but interested to hear others feedback.

I have been a software developer for the last 4 years and really want to integrate the use of technology into my real estate career.

There is a design overlay (a) that allows for 50% bonus density for projects that voluntarily submit to a type III design review (not sure what that entails).
