Moving forward, one way I structure my payment with clients is I get paid at the end of the week for the work completed.  

But yea just wondering what an average commission is and is there and other structure that I can suggest for the commission or is it always for the entire length of the lease?

I also have a couple other options.Option B: I also have ~$200k equity in my primary residence; so can HELOC and then use those funds to pay off properties 1 and 2 to continue to BRRRR.Option C: I have a private money partner willing to loan money to me; my challenge there is I don’t know how to structure the partnership deal.

There are other passive options like opportunity zones, tenant in common structures or GP/LP syndications.
