@Da Chung We just added a laundry room in a storage in our 4 unit (no plumbing at all so much more expensive), and we've also upgraded all 4 electric boxes.  

Storage isn't a big factor as there is a large shed and a large utility room in the house.  

We typically use a commercial vinyl plank (I'll have to go to the storage and look at the side of the box to be certain I get the brand correct) which is "self adherent", but allows you to lift/replace an individual plank.   

Not much storage in the house other than the closets in each bedroom.  

It's approx. a 220 unit storage facility with about an acre and a half of growth opportunity.

I would personally never take possession of a property with an underground storage tank.

I would consider converting entire 2 car to living area but leave front 5 feet walled off for storage locker .

There are many online services that you can use for storage and other things without resorting to buying special hardware.

There are federal rules governing PII in various applications.Most of the time, if you take adequate measures to protect PII in electronic storage (i.e., encryption, redaction of unnecessary stored data like SSNs) you are normally ok.

I don't have any project management software to recommend, but I do like Dropbox for cloud based storage and sharing of files.
