Personally I stick with M2M...... you have no idea who these people are....you didn't screen them and sellers tend to sugar coat how great the tenants are....you may want them gone soon and the M2M makes that WAY easier than a 12 month lease.

Working nights will give you some flexibility to manage your days but as you get more successful and stick with it your days will be eaten alive by client demands etc.

An interesting idea but not that interesting for $300 each from what I could see...I will stick with the Home Depot Defiant lock-sets for now.
