I've been a landlord for 11 years but I've been really wanting to speed up my acquisition of properties.

I got high speed internet throughout the whole building (cost was $65/month) and then I offered it as a perk to all the tenants.

As long as these businesses remain under the radar, most people will ignore them.In my case, I worked out of my home for years as a technical writer (standard desktop computer and laser printer, along with a telephone and high-speed home Internet connection).

Some situations call for a quicker close and it can be difficult to get them to speed things up.

I got an email on "Eddie Speed" and his Notes program.

I'm very handy however, and have an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Louisville, Speed Scientific School.   

50 acres is large and a partner might help you make more money, even if you have to split it with them, because maybe they will help you speed it up.Good luck!

I hope to speed this up in the near future however!
