Given the soft market conditions, and negative outlook, sales are not what they once were just one year ago in terms of price or days on market.  

I don't want to get stuck in 'analysis paralysis' and believe that it's time to just jump in the field and put this training to work.I am looking for a more seasoned wholesaler and/or real estate investor in the Houston area that I can offer some of my services, skills and tenacity to their business, as I gain more knowledge and experience in the field in turn.

So you may want to tread carefully right now, do some research, and build on those patience skills :)

No reason to rush into something, be wise with you new found skill in investing and don't get burned! 

I,m very skill in fixing homes that i developed during winter time. i believe is time i can do bigger pockets instead of making hourly money. if anybody is interested let me know we can make it happen.  

As mentioned above, I'm looking into the possibly purchasing an investment property myself for residual income, so future development of this skill set may already be in the cards.

I have an opportunity to partner with someone I trust, who is dependable, does really good work, and has all the skills that I do not.  

I'm just looking for an additional income stream and skill that I can use regardless of geographic location.

Dyslexia is the main reason I've been able to flip 75 properties this year, without the highly analytical skills it helped me develop I never would of been able to push to these levels.
