So I am going with a 75% occupancy to accommodate. 

I never did 1031 exchange so far.

A couple ideas below:- Have tenants pay utilities if they don't already- Refinance into lower rate- Increase rents (or convert to mid term/short term rental or rent by the room)- Call the county tax assessor's office to ensure there was no mistake in the tax increase- Call your insurance broker to get you other quotes- Sell the property and 1031 into a better market that does not have those issues- Self manage if you currently have a property managerHope these help!

Hi All, I am unable to attend BPCON 2024, So I am looking to sell my ticket to someone.

So you can pick any market really.

We have a townhouse in Seattle for 4 years which interest rate is 2.75% but We only paid 5% down payment so we have PMI.

I filed in small claims court, nothing until the day before hearing, escrow called and paid me.

So I am asking which price should I take the 75-80% off before making my offer?
