As you can imagine, scheduling people to see the property, answering the same questions over and over via email and trying to create a process has been quite a task.Here's the areas I'm struggling with:Applications:  sending out word or PDF documents has been tough as most potential tenants don't have a home computer or printer access.Showings:  I'm in Houston and property is in Atlanta.... and we are in the midst of CV-19. 

You could do all these but people will still want to see the place so you better have savings to fall back on.

You can see the expressions if you say "Yes we have one in New Britain."

I personally don't see the housing bubble like in 2008/9.  

I personally advise against buying a property sight unseen and recommend that clients come out to Connecticut to see the property once it is under contract, and scheduled for an inspection.

So, I was hoping to see the actual charges in Zillow. 

Did you go see the property in person before purchase?

All that was left was to close the walls (which are open to be able to see the electrical and plumbing) and finish the kitchen cabinets.
