The HELOC provides a powerful tool for my investing.  

We can plan on it very low key while presenting details about dissecting deals, how to fund deals, and this will serve as a great tool for networking. 

I'm happy to share my experience, so far, with the lot search and purchase process with other investors who are interested in this route.
