Good morning all....Your thoughts on sending surveys to your owners (landlords) and to your tenants asking how you are doing as their property manager?

My business partner and I went into contract on a 4 family property in Framingham, MA.

We do appreciate any advice on what we can do to be better.

Hi all,I'm doing boots on the ground research in MO for multifamily (2-4 units).  

This depends on what your contract says.

I'm working on a new investment property.
