Background for those that don't know me: I am a full time real estate investor and I have invested in nearly every aspect of real estate.

It lists all aspects of the home and it's systems and being a spreadsheet - it can be easily edited and pared down as needed for each home.

In fact, it would appear that there is a mathematical/scientific test for religion, and that test has indicated that Obama is 80% muslim.

As a newbie my main fear is in the legal area mostly in the aspect of contracts.

As I've been saying, the socialists want to control every aspect of our lives (both personal and business).

Think of it like a Biggerpockets radio hour.A live feed for biggerpocets audiences, maybe even tied into the pro account as it has a kind of networking aspect to it.Make replying available pro members or certain influential members who have proven themselves (kind of like a round table board) to keep things civil.

My point is not to discourage you from becoming a landlord (I am one, amoungst other aspects) but to open your eyes and prepare you for what you are about to encounter.
