Our market is very heavy tourists, so a lot of individually owned STR condos, but honestly I've personally have had more success in long-term rentals doing the BRRRR strategy with small multi-families and B-Class SFR's.

@Patrick Drury Currently with just primary and 1 investment property out of state, I am finding it hard to keep track of these URLs, I didn't opt for Escrow for taxes since I want that to be in my control, so I invest them in other forms.

Here in the Pacific Northwest any exterior (stairs) wood  rots quickly, so I choose to put my stairways inside.  1000sf for cars, 1000 sf on top, three rooms and full bath.
Andrew C. what do you use to track FixedAssets for depreciation/amortization?

You can, ofc, record the depreciation once taken so the books are accurate, but it's a lousy tool for figuring out what the depreciation should be (or, providing your accountant with the relevant info so they can do it).What tools is everyone using for this?
