I really like the look and the style and colors lend themselves well to the area, but the prices are really high ($50+ SF for materials) based on the few calls I've made.  

But Auntie Hattie ... the grammar and spelling features on my laptop and, especially, my phone misspell words like color and organization {<- look did it again} all the time!

Is light gray still in for wall color.

Color of the roof shingles has that look when the shingles get a lot of sun and need replacing.The picture from the front shows steps and looks like the driveway needs power washing.

We're also going to paint the exterior a different color with white trim, add some decorative rock and shrubs, etc.We're in the process of purchasing an 11-plex so I won't be doing any more major renovations on this home for a few years unless it is required.This home was purchased for $57,000.

I have tenants who just moved into my condo and are requesting compensation for: (1) repainting (I had to repaint a wall in a different color than they originally saw when I took down my speakers); (2) loud bathroom fans in each bathroom; (3) Ceiling fans that are outdated but functional; (4) wall wiring so that their t.v. does not reveal the wires; (5) fridge filter which admittedly was old and they noted that my flooring has a soft spot but did not request replacement (yet!).

Or any other light neutral color (blue, grey, etc.).

This means that YOUR truth is true because you experienced it, it may not be true for someone else... ie. what color is a rose?
