If it's a family style single family home or multifamily unit, unfurnished, in non-core areas, the timing doesn't really matter as most likely your tenants a re locals who can relocate at any time regardless of the season.

I primarily focus on house hacking with a huge focus on multi family deals.  

With the market the way it is, high Interest Rates, and multi-family deals getting sold as soon as it comes on market, I'm lost!

Investment Info:Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Wondering if this is a normal range for about 50 single family portfolio.

Prohibited parties include yourself, ascending and descending family members- along with any of their spouses, your CPA, financial advisor, and a few other parties. 

My family and I miss Michigan.

In multifamily more than anywhere else you will find it very very hard to get anyone to lend to you unless you are already filthy rich, have done a very large number of single family deals, or you have someone very experienced signing on the deal with you.
