If you take photos of before and after it helps the client feel like they are spending money for something worthwhile.

This photo is of the area right above the garage on the side of the house.Here's a photo of the front of the house with the addition at the top and the free hanging patio shown.  

You can also "view other available episodes" (ones that have already been released, like in the photo below) and select whichever ones you want to download (also while in wifi) for later listening. 

Specifically a contract who I can send photos who can provide a ballpark figure of the cost.

And many are respectful and very good.

From the photo the roof just looks like a standard grayish colored shingle roof which in my mind would go with any number of siding choices/colors :)  Just my two cents.
