Had a bit of trouble with financing due to the type of foundation but that has now been resolved.

The inside of the house smelled horrible and after all the personal items were removed and the carpet and pad, it was better but not completely resolved. 

I have to admit, the BBB offers very basic information for the A rated businesses, however it is nice to see how many complaints they have had and how they were or weren't resolved.  

This shows up on schedule C.OK - so our next step, to protect ourselves is to send an objection to the title company to "register" our objections in case they are not able to resolve.  

What is the implication to me if I do not resolve it since I'm in Australia and would not think I will living or doing any business in US?

Has anyone resolved to want to invest in real estate then LIFE HAPPENS which keeps us from it or distracts us just enough from what we want to makes us question is this fate telling us this is not what wasn't meant for us or just bad karma, keeping us just damn  busy with work, kids, marriage, friends and responsibilities ?

This thread was both disheartening , realistic, but also served to strengthen my resolve.  

It helps to resolve your problems one at a time so that each problem solved relieves some stress.

Glad you resolved this and are able to keep a good tenant.Just curious, (or maybe I missed it in your earlier posts)- how much under market do you think you are?
