I invest in the capital region primarily in value add deals. 

The fed is the casino, they have the power and the means to move the country in the direction they want.

First thing I’d say is housing is absolutely location/regional specific.

Hello All, I have just begun my search for a MF property to house hack in upstate New York (Capital Region - Albany Metro).

Now I agree with you it will drop (maybe not same degree) but region matters.  

Does anyone know people in the Laconia region that does either short or long term rentals?

Depends a lot on location and the other house sin the area.Forinstance, we just bought 2 houses 6 minutes from the casinos.

I imagine there's some improved economics for both sides.Further, would it be possible to combine efforts in a given region and have 10 property owners with 20 units each bid out their PM contracts as a group?
