Problem is there are so many people cold calling, emailing, texting, all usually done by pretty big “players” utilizing robo calls, call centers, assistants.  

But if an agents time constraints force them to prioritize between clients then unfortunately the nature of the business is we have to go with the deals that will keep the lights on in our own homes.

I would prioritize finding an accountant who specializes in real estate taxation over one that is local.There are 20+ accountants on this message board who specialize in real estate taxation.

Partner’s capital contribution is prioritized at sale or refinance.

Totally understand you are prioritizing, which is wise.

Prioritize first and then take action on your #1 goal.

They have had other LLCs and corporations with many of the same players.

Go to REIAs Meetup groups, real estate auctions (generally there are real players with money at auctions). 

@Jean Norton   Well that return will take care of one lunch   LOL... if you have mass and scale its a nice play I have been to a few of the sales, I was used to CA tax deed and the tax cert sales were wild and the good ole boy  major players defiantly controlled the room and cherry picked the certs...

I would pay a seasoned player at auctions to do the research for you.
