In your case it sounds like you'd be best served by keeping a close hold on your capitol and aiming for high ROI's. 

You said you became a millionaire at 29, I'm aiming for about 25 or sooner to become a millionaire, which leaves me 7 years out of highschool.

For instance, it's really easy to pull one over on a rookie by using a non-customary tax proration method or non-standard assignment title policy costs.

Best to set the expectations at the beginning of tenancy by having clear policies and procedures and a comprehensive lease agreement.

Get good insurance for each property plus a great umbrella policy.

Taking out a 15 yr. mortgage on both aiming be paid off when we're about to retire (at 65ish)C) leave the Brooklyn property be and get another mortgage on a house that we move into.

We too have policies and procedures in place that prohibit washing vehicles on the premises.

State Farm will not do an umbrella policy because My father and I will both be on the loan/title (thinking of alternative ways to do this, advice would be great.) and they think it is too much exposure.
