LOLSeriously, real estate investing was my long term dream, and recently my fiancee (I divorced 5 years ago after 28 years of what I was thinking was a perfect marriage, and had to reinvent myself from scratch - you got the picture!)

Try posting an ad on Craigslist and offer someone $20 to go the the property, inspect it and take pictures and have them email the pictures to you. 

I would use pink or red paper for your 5 days and tape it to the front door and take a picture of it posted.

I don't have anything to offer on the scope of work but if you provide pictures and updates when you can...we will provide feedback.Looking forward to before and after pics

Pictures and other elements are customizable. 

My mind would be blown if "Steve NA" ever uploaded a profile picture, posted in another forum or gave us his email address...

I have a portico with a leaky (flat) roof and peeling paint and a makeshift drainage/spout (someone put together some pvc pipes and drilled a hole into the balcony/porch/portico.Now, I'd like to fix the roof and slightly renovate the portico for a more durable and modernish look (similar to the one in the picture). 

Offer suggestions on how to stage better, have better pictures, etc.

The tenant shared pictures and video of the leak.
