The people that do that are bottom feeders and their only concern is how cheap can I get it.  

I'm concerned in looking at my portfolio if I should be in more widely spread areas or go heavier into where I already am...

Trailers old and in decline, yet still rented for the most part....Price is decent or probably be negotiated to such.My question is can a MHP come back to life with an infusion of newer but used trailer replacements and some investment in infrastructure or has the long years of decline permanently turned away future potential?

I would be more concerned with what a tenant needs than the appraiser.

I assumed it was an installation cost concern, but just wanted to double check.

I do have some concern about the state of the US economy and trouble ahead which could require something like a foreclosure, but I think the company would be loyal to their clients as we go through something such as that.
