I am in San Antonio but would not mind a video-conference type relationship with a strong communicator that can help advise and file our tax returns. 

I've listened to a bunch of podcast from BP, as well as read content and watched videos from others sites.

I'm looking into Propertyware next, and will be going down my list of questions and wants while I watch their videos and do a trial period.Anywho, that's my 2 cents in case it's helpful  :-)Janel

.- Video record the entire walk-through with yourself and the tenant; get the tenant on video too.- Give the tenant three days to find any additional damages and get photos, if possible.This is thorough and will pay off at the end.

If not, it might be worth opening an account and putting out some good videos.
