These lenders will generally have pre-payment clauses and early payoff charges BUT, you will get the loan and do a no income verification... food for thought when investing into a buy and hold situations..

On Monday, I saw a couple of crust-punk kids throwing bags of ice at moving cars in parking lot of the nearby Central Market (basically a regional version Whole Foods) and then ripping around the lot on bikes, cutting off cars.

@Margot BaldwinAs mentioned earlier, you are leaving a lot of information out for people to make an informed decision.i am not even sure how people are already commenting that you are in a great position without knowing all the facts.If we are talking about retirement, at the very least, we would need information such as the living expenses that you plan to spend on a yearly basis(living, food, entertainment, gym, travel, etc).Rental income of $5,300 a month appears to be gross.

But to learn more on the cheap..I always recommend one figure out who the guru's are that are selling the systems.. most of them have written materials and CDs they give a package out to paying students.the students burn out never do anything and the next thing U know they are selling their materials on E bay for 50 bucks that they paid 10 to 25k for..
