These loans are good loans, especially if you are packaging homes to sell together to hedge funds, etc. 

It has a nifty little feature where you can input the number of properties you have and then it will show you the price for that and whats included with the different package rates (core and pro).

As for everyone complaining about the 3K and how that makes them a scam, they give you a whole software package that if used correctly will make sure you don't fail.

We will be getting all new appliances so we will try to get some kind of package deal, and no interest financing  when we buy the  appliances.  

He had it listed with an agent but the listing expired so I have my agent go with me to sign a new listing agreement, and for me to get all the paperwork for the ss package.

The closing attorney will provide two deeds as part of the closing package; one deed is LLC->Individual, the other is Individual->LLC.

Does anyone have any experience getting a second position line of credit or cash out (line of credit is preferred) on a commercial loan, or more specifically a package of single family homes?

(See pic of one of the homes)We have had several portfolio lenders look at the rotating package of homes and it is never the borrower or the income, they just balk at the closing table over it being a manufactured home that is now permanently attached and surrendered to the land and made part of the deed.
