It's not a question of the leverage on the asset, that's a function of the borrower's capital reserves and the cost of the leverage.

Well organized quality content is worth something, but not 4 or 5 figures, Mark.

The value is in some way a function of income/income-potential.

The latter would be a function of not changing the AC filter.

Here in Colorado Springs, an organization sets up housing for people that are transitioning off the streets.
