Ideally I'd want the property in my back yard to keep an eye on it but maybe the FL market will pull back and I'll get another shot. 

Would you invest in a stock because the companies headquarters was local and you can drive by and keep an eye on it and make sure the employee's aren't trashing the building?

This kind of tape does not damage the surface and it's color catches the eye of the tenant or passersby.
