I personally have done drywall installation, constructed foundations, laid brick, put in tile and hardwood floors, and of course painted interior and exterior.

I'm not 100% certain but I believe only the unit you're going to occupy must pass VA inspection and the exterior of the building.  

It's more important tom take a common sense approach to problems as opposed to memorizing which formula to use for which situation.  

Also I am not oppose to proprieties here in the good ole USA, like Florida, SD, etc.  

If she is specifically named as a beneficiary (as opposed to being named indirectly via a trust), she would be able to use her age when factoring the required distributions that must be taken from the account each year.  

Maybe as @Charles Worth said, the value is really more for newer investors as opposed to established folks who have been there and done that.
