Love the different opinions on this

The only real alternative today would be Corelogic's Listsource in my opinion. 

I'd love to hear some opinions, especially from realtors who walk staged and unstaged houses with clients regularly or flippers/sellers who have tried this method.

This has been been debated left and right and will find people on BP with extremely different opinions. 

The property appears to work with my conservative figures, but I would appreciate the opinions of someone more experienced.

Get out of your comfort zone and network with other investors and agents and get their opinions and views on where to buy, flip and avoid.

My opinion is from the stand point of the potential seller, since I had this done to me today on a fourplex.1: everything is for sale for the right price.2: research the property a little.
