So I’m planning to move 1,000 miles away from my hometown in approximately two years.

It just seems like there will be many that fail to file their report and I just can't see the government really going after tiny businesses for so much money for something that is so easy to forget to do.

Needed a place so we bought this property, updated it, then moved out after 2 years.

When I wanted to sell it, I realized that I was so clueless in market research that I bought it above market rate, which hasn't changed since then.

I’ve yet to have a client that is categorically excluding new construction so let’s say that client ‘Y’ is considering both types of homes.

Agreed, I was too lazy to run the numbers yet, being dissuaded by the not so promising prospects in either option.
