To post a question, starting on the web site homepage, go to Forums, click on "Start a Discussion", under the "Select a Forum" choose an appropriate category/subject from the pull down menu, then complete the Subject field and main body of your message or question and click "post topic" when done.

The company is web based, and uses some proprietary method of SEO and google ad-words to find and identify motivated buyers.  

I'm sure it's posted on some state web site as to the statues but calling the office is a quicker method.

They have been marketed over the years under various names, including Self-Directed Installment Notes, Deferred Sales Trusts, Structured Sales, Structured Settlements, and numerous other names, each with a slightly different twist as to how they are structured and how they work.
