We were sitting in a midst of toys with both kids, now out of school for the foreseeable future, scrambling on our laps and pulling at our hair (they’re 4 and 2), wondering if we just made an insurmountable mistake.

I know there are some super awesome areas of Elkhart as my mom lived there for 6 years after all the kids moved away after high school.

I bought a Porsche and went on a vacation to Disney..... nah just kidding. :-) To an extent we did spend some on marketing.

The 8 year old kid could be what is making the dad belligerent.   

They will come up with the rent money come hell or high water to keep their kids in the good schools.The closer an asset is located to a good school the better.So, within the growing areas of the growing MSA, find the best school districts.  

Is this a problem for people with kids?

I’m married with four kids and live in Tucson, AZ.

Pit bull bites a kid in the face, it goes nationwide. 

My wife and I have a condo, we are thinking about  leveraging our full HELOC for an investment, however we don’t have kids yet and may need to buy a house soon.

The other end is the higher end, where people (college kids mostly) need money for school or whatever.
