I have a virtual assistant in the Philippines that speaks flawless English, can field tenant requests, and has processes in place with dollar restrictions and preferred vendors to handle requests.

Or a home with many rooms and maybe a guest house for me to live and offer an assisted living home to rent by the room.

I was informed that I can execute this task yet no one at biggerpockets have responded to assist.

Apparently they assist walking you through finding deals, financing them/obtaining business credit, and closing the deal...I copied this post someone posted about a year ago because I was researching the samething.

I have family that has multiple rentals that I will use for information and assistance.

If you are buying at sheriff's sale you should have an existing relationship with a title company that can do quick searches on potential buys to assist you in advance of getting in too deep with tax liens you didn't know about.

However, I do not have a lot of time after coming home from work and was considering using a virtual assistant to write finance blogs for my agent website to drive up my SEO and Google search engine results/ and or to create graphics for my Instagram while I was at my day job.

They know some of the best and have dealt with enough situations to know who will be able to assist you in your current situation.
