The kitchen has gleaming black stainless appliances (including the dishwasher), white silestone countertops, high end maple cabinets with soft close drawers and doors, tile backsplash, modern pendant lights over the new island and can lights throughout the living areas, etc. 

The home is a mobile home on approximately 1/3 acre.

The question that keeps coming to mind is which is more important: searching for a new corporate job while starting to build a business, pursue a career with a commercial brokerage, or building a syndication business on the side while dealing with a job with little upward mobility that you don’t necessarily enjoy right now?

Most agents are bad on reading instructions (and a few other things), but an equal amount of them can't figure out how to set up Showintime correctly and unintentionally will block all day etc..The other issue is that it will not show up well on mobile devices. 

@Gary Bimbo I don't do wholesaler but I know an amazing wholesaler who I bought a mobile home from to fill my park.

It has great bones and has been fully modernized.

The Borowski's who own Homestead also are successful buy & hold investors and Daniel Balderas/Modern Milwaukey is also an investor/broker with bi-lingual agents.

How many housing units are in the city including houses, apartments, mobile home parks, hotels/motels, and RV parks. 

@Asa Ifill I've done several seller financing deals in mobile home park.

One thing we need is for the private and public sectors of medicine to work together in mobilizing equipment , nurses etc. to tackle the crisis together instead of leaving large groups to die because they are beyond saving.
