Property Managers, do you manage your online reputation?

The VAST majority of property titles full into the latter category.  

I saw a sign advertising a couple of rentals and when I called to ask for information and if the property had pictures online they person responded that it was listed on realtor.com and that if I sent a pic of my license they would send me the address.???

Too much squeeze for too little juice, and you'd be very close to getting burned on the deal should you have an unforeseen major expense such as a nightmare tenant you'd have to evict and/or capex such as replacing the AC or roof. 

If the electrical panel is substandard (dangerous) and they are the one who hard wired an extension cord in the attic while cutting through a major purlin holding up the roof, and the garage door doesn't open due to damage (when they hit it with the car?)

  (4) Finally, don't be overly concerned about analyzing crime statistics online. 

I'd love to invest in a major coastal metro try to get some appreciation, but my budget doesn't support it.It does support the Midwest though, easily.

So, what are the major questions I should get answers to?
