It's a great area and when combined with the excellent buy you got on the land it maybe an opportunity to hit one out of the park.If I were in your shoes I would quickly find several builders to gather some intel in rough costs and timing.

I felt overall that they were not interested in listening to my situation.  

The plan is to wholesale into wholetail and, eventually, start cherry-picking deals to rehab myself, either for sale or for holding onto as a rental.I’m focusing on single-family homes, but after listening to more and more of the Bigger Pockets podcasts, Brandon has gotten me to include “learn the small multi-family rental business” into my business plan.

I’m still new and only recently discovered and listen to the podcast and find the wealth of information on here very valuable.

I have read most of the education areas of the site and listened to 30+ podcasts.
