I always get cards thru bosslogo.com - they are under $30 for 500 cards, full color two sides, you supply the artwork (PDF from AI). 

I suppose it could be a typical pipe that looks exactly like a column right down to the color but.......Why would a pipe have those two perfectly drilled holes in them?

I use Sherwin williams super paint , its expensive , but if you are going close to the old color , its done in 1 coat

An Arlo cam I have lasts about 2 months, in moderate to light traffic areas.Beyond that, why are you wanting them? 

Dishwashers are light so they could be loaded in the van, and my handyman can install for $100.

I however don't see too much cause for concern helping sweep up, carry trash, light demo, etc   Again,  the point really isn't the money saved.

You could offer your tenants some up grades, washer dryer, microwave oven, new carpet, security safes, alarm service, inside improvements. increase rent as agreed for the improvements.When tenants move out, move in and create a WOW factor, install lights in closets when door is open, upgrade kitchens and baths, spend money to thrill tenants......you will find that the present and future returns on your improvements should be great.Charles Parrish
