As we go into 2019, figured I'd share a  tax related planning tip that I personally feel will be important for business owners and RE professionals moving forward.

I've been toying with the idea of Tacoma (even though it's seems so far away) but real estate is so much more cheaper. 

At the time, I had no idea how to set up a system for long-distance investing so never pulled the trigger.Now that I live in the Midwest, I am interested in building a real estate portfolio to help with retirement and to leave a legacy for my kids.

Also in Iceland we have little over 300k people in the whole country and not too many properties for sale, except in the city which is way too expensive for me.The medium house cost in my city (and the only city in Iceland) is equivalent to $700.000, the market here does not make sense at the moment and I'm looking to invest in other countries, does anyone have any experience in that field that can give me any tips?
