The time and energy and money and resources you use to buy a BRRRR primary home you can find 2 properties to buy.I would suggest exploring...at least EXPLORE it first...buying a primary home with a normal loan, ask about "first time home buyer" programs, and if you do find a good property then BRRRR that one separately.

This is not without issues (the biggest of which is getting more funds into the IRA/LLC after future contributions), but it is worth exploring if it might be a good fit for you.On the other hand, if you are not looking for as much control, I have a great deal of respect for Quest Trust Company and it's owner Quincy Long.

Some properties can go up that much in a year or two just with the crazy market now.Neither step was hard for me  But when I was going through them I  was single, had not adopted kids yet, and working 12 hour shifts 6 days a week and 8 hours on Sunday.
