The social interaction is what makes it stick for me and leads to true critical thought.I Iove reading but i do that to learn a whole subject not one specific point and after i read a book i make a point of discussing it with people to gain real insight.Sorry for sounding a little preachy.

@Dave Foster you could also do the full 170 and then refi at a later date correct?

Keep that in mind.The best place to find a real estate professional, IMO, is always going to be by interpersonal interaction.

That interaction and relationship to the owner and property would be viewed differently I believe.
