Unit B is fine but unit A was the one lived in by the previous owner.About 400SF of space, which included the entrance foyer and the kitchen, requires some "tweaking".The owner has lined the walls from floor to ceiling with dark wood panels with some elaborate trims.To the right, you can see a bar.

We do not get snow but a lot of the new units in the area are going to higher amenities which includes 1 car garage, granite , etc.

It is very common here for water to be included in rent, so each unit isn't individually metered for water.

Get your financing figured out so you can submit an approval loan letter with your offers just make sure they include how long it will take to close and the maximum amount you qualified for.Do not try to do everything yourself.
