Beyond the Monthly Management, Placement & Maintenance fees, all other fees in our contract are IF EVENT -> THEN fees.

In the event of a major problem, buyers should confirm the terms of the agreement to find out if they can receive their earnest money back.

Though these events are not the norm, some may prefer to be prepared.

In the event the tenant is actually willing to sign a new agreement, the original should still be terminated in writing with current management and tenant both signing.You need to read your new management agreement and understand the terms.

There is no way of protecting yourself in the event of a default.
