Hang in there bro!

A lone survivor if you will, barely hanging on to my single rental property while trying to balance my home life.

I've never believed a primary home is an asset so I have a really hard time with the idea of a primary mortgage being considered good debt... necessary in a lot of scenarios, but not good debt to hang on to.  

You will find a number of Investor friendly local real estate agents that hang out here.Bob...

This leads me to a couple questions:Is the neighbor's insurance liable even if the tree branch was hanging over my property before it fell?

Of course we can't always assume appreciation, however many of these investors have seen the power of hanging onto something for 30+ years in a stable area like where we live.

(State and Uniform) If you pass that, you still need to hang your license with a Broker, which in class they told us we would still need to pay another $2k or so depending who you decide to work for.

So I thought I'd turn to the more experienced folks on here for advice.Here are the facts:Purchased in 10/2005 for $209,900 (top of the market...hang on to your hats!)

I'm a flipper of 15 years and finally decided to get my real estate license in Dallas.  Does anyone have any suggestions for an investor friendly broker in the North Texas area ?  Thanks much !!
