I've used Cozy and had no issues.

The tenants actually reached out to the property manager the next morning to let them know about the situation and said that the cops themselves had no issues but just had to check in because of the call. 

It'll be hard to prove that he had no idea or involvement since he was renting it to his daughter.

So to date I've had no problem getting conventional loans for buy and hold investments, although this would certainly change if I were to move back to Oz and relinquish my residency in the US.

They had no problem selling at higher prices with the amount of buyers.Being said, buyers are finding it very competitive in the market.
