Did they reimburse you with checks or was there a joint credit/debit card? 

If you want to make an impression go back in a week with a business card, an 'if you ever want to sell note' and a box of donuts. 

I am referring to Business Credit Cards because they are liquid, Unsecured, and require minimal Documentation; only a personal guarantee 1) Where can I find the business credit cards that offer Intro 0% APR?

I'm a new landlord and have been looking for a rental application and most if not all of the apps I found online ask for bank account numbers and credit card numbers.

I'd like to purchase my first investment property in the next year or so and am currently trying to do as much research as I can to get prepared.I'm conflicted in whether I should use my savings to pay off my credit card debt or just keep the savings for a down payment.
