They responded back with a sassy text about how things they agreed to (switching sides, cutting grass, shoveling snow) are ridiculous and should exempt them from a security deposit.

The third one had all the rubber parts chewed off by the tenants dog and the pull cord pulled out.Now I tell tenants in this area that many times guys come around on Saturdays pushing mowers and will mow their grass for $10 or a six pack of beer (it's that kind of neighborhood).Gail

Even if they do take a long time or it's a drawn out process I have at least 3 months but prob closer to 6 months.
