My name's Bryan, I'm a recent grad of Ohio State University in May of '14 with a degree in financial services, and I am brand new to BP.

Just to give a little background about me, I have a finance degree but have been working as a manager in the fitness industry.  

I am currently finishing the final semester of my undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering.

:)I have thought about becoming a real estate agent, but the agencies here are strict about hiring only college graduates, and I'm still finishing my degree on Entrepreneurial Management.

You owe it to your investors (sellers) to have a high degree of real estate finance fluency.

I have a degree in Property Management from Virginia Tech and have worked for various PM companies Mom and Pop size to the second largest residential REIT in the US, before focusing on sales.My goals for investing mainly focus on acquiring buy and hold properties.  

I've brought with me the corporate back ground and experience, plus the data analysis skills to set myself apart from your typical Realtor.I've got a Masters Degree from RPI '99 and BS from Rider University '94 in case there are any alumni out there!

No matter what the market conditions are nationally/globally, there is always opportunities here or there....the trick is to find those deals and take advantage.Any thoughts about oil and real estate and different local markets (like Houston)?

My parents always wanted me to go to college and get a degree to get a secure job!

This was not a very good experience for me due to lack of income and support overall; however, I have since went back to school and graduated with my RN degree and currently work in Tampa in the ICU.
