There are a variety of multi families there and they're available cheap.

trustee sales have no redemption period are you talking about sherrifs sales.. which are not as frequent.

@Carlos ChavezLiving in a state like Texas which does not have a state income tax allows you to be very open when selecting an accountant/CPA.There are a couple of CPA's on the website who frequently respond to questions from the community.

I notice that it is frequently recommended to shop around to get the best rate possible.
